By accessing our website (www.makeboq.com) or contracting us for civil engineering and quantity surveying services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and MakeBOQ (a unit of VEKAS CONSTRUCTION).

If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site and services and must discontinue use immediately.

MakeBOQ provides professional Quantity Surveying services, including:

• Detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation based on architectural drawings.
• Quantity takeoff reports and material estimates (cement, bricks, sand, steel, paint, plumbing, etc.).
• Tender preparation assistance and construction budget planning.

All deliverables will be supplied in digital formats (PDF or Excel files) as agreed upon in the project proposal.

All rates, estimates, and BOQ calculations are prepared based on standard market data, CPWD/State PWD schedules, or regional averages. Actual construction costs may vary depending on site conditions, contractor selection, and material market price fluctuations.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, design templates, and algorithms are our proprietary property. The customized BOQs and reports prepared specifically for your project become your property upon full payment.
